VERTICAL PIPE HANDLERS

MODEL 18 LPH SL (STRAIGHT LINE TYPE)

This machine takes-off pipes, up to 18"(450mm) diameter by any practical length, from vertical pipe extruders. The vacuumized cradles hold the pipe by means of pneumatic cylinders and are motor rotated on a roller guided carriage, which is raised or lowered by a pneumatic cylinder, on a further roller guided carriage moveable in and out by hand crank and chain.

MODEL 30 LPH SA (SWING ARM TYPE)

This machine provides the means of taking-off pipes, up to 30" (762mm) diameter of any practical length, from vertical pipe extruders.

The vacuumized cradles are rotatable on the end of a pair of roller guided rams which move in and out from a roller guided carriage vertically moveable on a pivoted mast.

By these means the pipe is picked up, retracted from the pipe extruder, rotated through 180***degrees *** and deposited, spigot down, in any pattern on pallets.

The cradles are moved to hold the pipe by air/hydraulic cylinders. The cradles are rotated, retracted and raised or lowered by motorized movements. All motors are fitted with brakes.

Control is by push buttons with limit switches providing stops.
